No. My Hours doesn't record screens, take screenshots or track keystrokes. The report shows only the hours team members enter themselves. You get an overview of the work, without a feeling of surveillance and without privacy concerns.

Is the report suitable for payroll?

Yes. Because the actual tracked hours are not rounded, the report shows the time that was really worked. This is the basis that the accounting or HR department needs to process payroll.

Does the Attendance Report replace an absence management system?

No. The report shows attendance from tracked time. It doesn't manage vacation, sick leave, or schedules. If you need a more complex system that also includes planning for different types of absence, All Hours is a better fit for you.

Is the Attendance Report available for free?

The Attendance Report is included in the Basic and Pro plans. It is not available in the free plan. You can see prices and plan differences on our pricing page.

Even if you have rounding turned on for your projects, here the hours stay untouched. You see the actual tracked time, not the billable one.

Hours are always in HH:MM:SS format, not decimal. That way you do not lose a single second to rounding.

First arrival and last departure (FALD)

For each day, the report shows the first arrival and the last departure from work.

First arrival and last departure times with a +1 marker for work past midnight.

First Arrival Last Departure (FALD) is a report required by law in some countries. If work ran past midnight, a +1 marker appears next to the departure time.

Times are shown in the timezone of the person who tracked them. They match that person's real working day, even if your team works from different places.

Target hours and overtime

Set target hours, and the report calculates if the employee went over or under them.

Under/Over target column comparing tracked hours to target hours.

It subtracts the target hours from the actual tracked hours. The result appears in the Under/Over target column. Use it as a simple overtime calculation, or to spot who has tracked too little.

Note: daily and weekly reminders compare total hours with target hours. Total hours can be rounded and shown in decimal, so a reminder's result may differ slightly from this report.
