The three level hierarchy from ClickUp is mirrored in My hours. This way your team is always on the same page and your time tracking is more precise.
ClickUp stays the place where you plan and assign work. My Hours adds clear time tracking with an approval workflow on top of it.

Your team submits their hours and you can assign who approves them. To keep things in order you can set validation rules that prevent timesheet errors.
ClickUp is not a billing tool. My Hours picks up where ClickUp stops.

Set project and task budgets to match your ClickUp structure, choose hourly rates, mark time as billable, and add expenses.
Use reports to track project budgets, compare planned vs. actual time, and show clients exactly where their money went.

Save, schedule and export your favorite reports.

Entities sync from ClickUp to My Hours. Time logs are tracked and stored in My Hours and are not written back to ClickUp. You keep your time, approvals and billing in My Hours while ClickUp stays focused on tasks and projects.
Common setup:
This configuration keeps reporting clean and makes it easy for users to find the right work item on the timesheet.
ClickUp has a rudimentary built-in time tracking system. This is useful when you don't need acurate and granular time tracking.
My Hours is built around weekly timesheets, approvals, budgets and powerful reports. You plan work in ClickUp and then track, approve and bill time in My Hours, without adding heavy time-tracking workflows into ClickUp itself.
My Hours only creates Clients and Projects when there’s at least one Task in the corresponding ClickUp List.
If you create a Space or List without any Tasks, no Client or Project will be created in My Hours. When you later add the first Task to that List, My Hours will create the Client (from the Space) and the Project (from the List) and place the Task under it.
