No. Entities sync from Monday to My Hours. Boards, groups and items from Monday are imported and kept up to date when ongoing sync (once every 15 minutes) is enabled. Time entries are tracked and stored in My Hours and are not written back into Monday.
Typical mapping:
Groups in My Hours are only created once a group in Monday contains at least one item. This keeps your project list tidy and avoids empty task lists.
If a board has a group without any items, that group won’t be created in My Hours yet. As soon as you add the first item to that group in Monday, My Hours will create the corresponding task list and task on the next sync.
Yes. You can disconnect the Monday integration at any time from the Configuration tab. This stops new data from syncing and lets you revoke the API key that was created for the integration. Your existing projects, tasks and time entries in My Hours stay available for reporting and billing.
