Once a deal closes in Salesforce, the client work starts, and that work needs to be tracked. Manual data transfer can lead to errors, which is something My Hours solves with automatic syncing.

Your team logs hoursin a weekly timesheet or measures them with a timer. Every hour is tied to theright client, without retyping anything.
My Hours pulls in your accounts and tasks from Salesforce, so you do not have to set anything up from scratch. Run a one-time import of everything that is in Salesforce today, or turn on real-time sync.

New Account in Salesforce → New Project in My Hours

Salesforce stays the place for clients and sales. My Hours adds time tracking with an approval flow.

Salesforce tells you who you do business with. My Hours tells you what that work costs.

Set budgets on the projects you imported from Salesforce and see when a client is close to going over. Choose hourly rates, mark billable time, and add expenses. When it is time to bill, create an invoice.

No. Data flows only from Salesforce to My Hours. Accounts and tasks are imported, and with real-time sync turned on, new ones are added as they come. You track and keep time in My Hours, and it is not written back to Salesforce. Your data in Salesforce stays untouched.
An account inSalesforce is a company or person you do business with, such as a client or partner. Tasks are imported under their matching project.
My Hours does not create a duplicate, but the name is not updated in My Hours either. Only new accounts and tasks are synced.
A one-time import (Import Accounts and Tasks) brings in all accounts and their tasks that exist in Salesforce right now. It does not keep data in sync afterwards. Real-time sync adds new accounts and tasks as soon as they are created in Salesforce. You turn it on separately for new accounts (Real time sync of new Accounts) and for new tasks in accounts (Real time sync of new Tasks in Accounts). You can switch each option on or off anytime. Run the import first, then turn on sync, and you will have both existing and new accounts in My Hours.
Yes. You can disconnect the integration anytime. Sync stops. Data you have already imported into My Hours stays until you delete it. Your projects, tasks, and tracked time remain available for reports and billing.
